Our dedicated strength programming designed to be tailored for each individual. Through all our training sessions we work on strength and technique development so that all participants can grow their strength, build core stability, muscle and feel good. Working on specific areas of strength based on their Max lift weights, allows for everyone to develop.
Throughout out our strength sessions all clients will develop strength, conditioning, flexibility and durability.

Through our online training program you can improve your health and fitness with us from your own home, hotel, gym or anywhere else you may be. Each week you will be provided with your training program that you can complete in your own time. Oly Lifting is a great way to build and increase cores strength and stability, develop lifting strength that transfers to all the other lifts and allows clients to develop the technique and confidence under increasing loads.
